As an industry veteran, working for over ten years as a waitress in different concepts from Chili's, Sam's No. 3 Diner, Saltgrass Steakhouse, and The Cheesecake Factory, Maddie saw a need and created a solution. She realized that there is no training program beyond essential menu knowledge, POS systems, and floor plans. Nor is there financial education on managing cash based income.
The ServUs Bootcamp was her vision for innovation, creating a place to handle difficult situations servers face in a controlled setting, addressing the mental health challenges common amongst servers. The addition of the financial bootcamps and workshops provided a space for coaching (from experience) to develop healthy financial habits for cash based income. Our team aims to reignite an energy in the service workplace leading to higher overall restaurant sales, higher tip percentages and a better quality of life. Covid revealed how important the dining experience is to customers and as we are exposed to economic highs and lows the quality of service will become a key factor in who survives and who fails. The ServUs Bootcamp will pave the way to success.
